Professional Cosmetic Characterisation Products. Under Make-up Base (make-up base) is a fragrance-free and oil-free cream for skin care. Under Make-up Base (pre-make-up cream) is a fragrance-free and oil-free cream for skin care. When the skin is dry or sensitive it is generally applied under make-up, but it can also be used as a regular cream.
Directions: Remove the Under Make-up (pre-make-up cream) from its container with a plastic spatula and apply the emulsion evenly over the clean face. Allow the product to dry for 10 minutes so that the skin can fully absorb it before continuing with make-up. Close the container tightly once you have used the product.
