Grimas Water Make-up (Pure) is a water-based make-up that is fragrance-free and gluten-free, for painting the face and body, which works like watercolour. Pure means that the product in question does not contain chemical preservatives (such as parabens) or halogenated organic compounds.

Base: Water Make-up (Pure) can be applied directly to the skin, but you can also apply a layer of White Cake Make-up. This has the benefit of allowing the colours to be applied more evenly, be more vibrant and also be removed more easily. Cake Make-up dries quickly and does not mix with the water-based make-up colours. All colours can be mixed with each other. Choose the most suitable one to create your character or to match your costume.
Application: This product is used to paint the face and body, and works in the same way as watercolour paints. Use a brush or a make-up sponge (for larger areas of skin) and a little water to make the surface of the colour soft and pasty. Do not use this product if it is very dry, but do not use too much water either. Water Make-up (Pure) dries in 15 seconds. If you do not want the colours to mix, make sure the first layer applied is dry before continuing. If you apply the make-up very thickly or put on many layers, cracks may form. Change the water you rinse your brushes in regularly and preferably work with two different containers of water, one for light shades and one for dark shades. Water Make-up (Pure) can also be applied to the hair, as long as the hair has not been treated (permed, dyed, bleached or hennaed).
Removal: Water Make-up (Pure) can be removed with cleansing cream or with water and soap (you can also use shampoo). Massage the area and rinse with lukewarm water.
It can be washed out of clothing. If Water Make-up (Pure) stains clothing, first rinse the garment under the tap and then leave it to soak in a pre-wash detergent. Finally, wash it as usual in the washing machine.
