The brushes have a black handle and the number indicates the width in mm. You can use the slanted brushes (MS) for detailed work (for example shaping eyebrows, concealing). The high-quality marten hair also absorbs powder easily (for example Eye Shadow/Blusher). Cleaning: They can be cleaned with soap and water, shape the wet bristles with your hand and let them dry (do not leave them upright while drying).
