3. Shipping Costs within Europe:

We ship to countries within the European Union, both to home addresses and collection points. The website will display the delivery cost and estimated delivery time during the checkout process, depending on the destination country, selected shipping method and parcel size.

4. Courier Partners:

Depending on the selected delivery time and service, your order will be shipped with the appropriate courier company. In exceptional circumstances and in order to meet delivery deadlines, we may use alternative couriers at no additional cost to the customer.

EUROPE: SEUR, FEDEX, DHL, MRW and INPOST


5. Shipping Conditions:

-During the checkout process, the estimated delivery date will be shown according to the destination postcode and the selected delivery method.

-The shipping costs described above are calculated for a standard-size parcel. During checkout, this cost may vary depending on the total weight and volume of the order.

-Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which will be notified to you by email. Delivery estimates are based on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

-All customs charges are included in the final price. Customers will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

-In the event of an issue or lack of availability of a purchased product, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the estimated availability date or offer a replacement product of similar or higher quality at no additional cost.

-All purchased products will be shipped together. Therefore, if you select a pre-order item, the final shipping date will be based on the item with the latest availability date.

-Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number. You will then be able to track your parcel in real time via the courier’s website.

Shipments:

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm will be prepared and shipped the same day and delivered within the timeframe selected during checkout.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm will be prepared and shipped the following day, and delivery times will be counted from that dispatch date.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm until Monday at the same time will be prepared and shipped on Monday.

NOTES:

  • Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on public holidays or weekends.
  • Dispatch times may vary during periods of high shipping demand such as Carnival, Halloween and Christmas.

6. Delivery Conditions:

-Home deliveries: parcels will be delivered to the address provided and will require a signature from the recipient.
-Delivery times are generally respected, although delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, peak shipping periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), or other unforeseen events.
-If delivery cannot be completed because the customer has not cooperated with the process, the courier will return the parcel to our warehouse. In this case, if the customer wishes the parcel to be resent, they will be responsible for the additional shipping costs involved.
-At Costumalia, we will do everything possible to ensure delivery times are met. However, if for any reason your order does not arrive on time, please contact us and we will assist you personally.
