Fair season is one of the most eagerly awaited times of the year, and it begins with Seville’s Feria de Abril, although others are just as lively, such as the Jerez Fair, Córdoba Fair and Málaga Fair.

The best plan is always to have the best feria tent, and a big part of that is the decoration.

How do you decorate a feria tent?

The key thing to remember is that a feria is all about joy and colour, so your tent should feel bright, festive and full of life. It should instantly look like a proper celebration. What should you include?

• Paper lanterns: lanterns are an essential part of every feria decoration, including Feria de Abril. You can choose red lanterns, green lanterns, mixed-colour lanterns or patterned ones such as polka dot designs. We also have both large and small lanterns available.
• Bunting: another feria decoration must-have is bunting. The most popular styles for feria celebrations are bunting featuring the Spanish and Andalusian flags.
• Garlands: this type of decoration helps give your tent a different and more festive touch. The most common styles are garlands with colourful triangles or flowers.

If you’d like to bring an Andalusian touch to a feria celebration outside southern Spain, you can also add flamenco accessories such as shawls, Cordoban hats and other traditional details.
